Teaching
I foster student engagement by making learning fun, being flexible, and illustrating how philosophy is relevant to students' lives. This helps students be intrinsically motivated to learn, and to take their newfound philosophical skills beyond the classroom.
I am equipped to teach advanced courses in normative and applied ethics, social and political philosophy, and feminist philosophy, and introductory courses in philosophy of language, aesthetics, and moral psychology.
I have been an instructor for Ethics in the 21st Century: Business, Politics, and Technology at University of Southern California; and Introduction to Ethics through Prison Education Project.
